Servicing and Geometry

Adjusting the geometry of machines is implemented by our technicians in accordance with the protocol for the geometric accuracy of the machines. This process involves issuing a protocol containing the values measured before and after the adjustments in accordance with the applicable VDI/DGQ 3441 standard. Other service activities and recommendations are always discussed with the customer who is always kept informed in advance concerning the possible scope of the work and of the price range for the individual activities, which are always mutually agreed.

Measurements and geometry adjustments are provided in the event of:

• an accident or a collision of machines
• a regular service inspection
• the customer’s requirements
