Our team performed an analysis of the customer's needs and its production process.

Proposed solution

• Based on the customer's requirement, we designed a complete modernization of the rotary table, both its mechanical parts, hydraulics and electrical components.
• During the modernization, among other things, all guideways were re-grinded and scraped, new servo motors and planetary gearboxes were installed for the axis drives, the table received a new mechanical-hydraulic locking system. The hydraulics and lubrication were completely modernized. Telescopic covers were installed to protect the guideways.
• The control system of the machine has been modified for the possibility of using the rotary table in automatic mode.

Installation

We took care of installing the table to the machine.

After commissioning, we checked the correct operation of all groups and adjusted the equipment to the required accuracy.

Thanks to our solution, the customer has increased the utility value of the machine and achieved higher precision in the production of components.

Achieved high positioning accuracy in both linear and rotational axes.
