Proposed solution

• Based on the customer's request, we dismantled the machine in an old hall in Prague.
• A complete overhaul of the machine was carried out.
• During implementation, all guideways were grinded and scraped.
• The sliding surfaces were lined with a sliding plastic and scraped.
• New ball screws and planetary gearboxes were installed for the axis drives.
• The hydraulics and lubrication were completely modernized.
• Also new is the hydrostatics system of the table plate.
• The cooling circuit of the tool has been modified.
• A new floor around the table was installed.

Installation

After the overhaul was carried out, the machine was installed and put into operation in the customer's new workshop.

We have trained machine operators and maintenance workers.
